In Appalachia, dozens of noisy crypto mines have sprung up to take advantage of cheap, reliable energy and little to no regulation. The 24/7, 365-day-a-year noise has rallied a largely conservative group of retirees in Murphy, North Carolina, to upend local government. CNN’s Bill Weir reports.
